Re: Free knitting patterns for Barbie doll shoes and trainers...

Correction to a copying mistake that I made in our free knit4dolls knitting patterns for shoes and trainers:

The instructions for sewing up the toe of the item should read...
Gather up these stitches tightly into a circle to form the toe of the trainer and secure the yarn with a couple of stitches on the outside.

And not...
Gather up these stitches tightly into a circle to form the toe of the trainer and secure the yarn with a couple of stitches on the inside.

This makes it much easier to sew up the item, and ensures that the toe is secure.

Let us know how you are doing... Some more freebies will be available soon for those who post here or on Facebook...

Re: Free knitting patterns for Barbie doll shoes and trainers...

I have sent knitting patterns to everyone in our Members group. Some of you had already received them, but I lost count of things...

The Forum software has changed slightly, but enough to interfer with my 'system'. There are to be more changes soon, but these should make this Forum even easier to use, and help me keep track of whose got what...

For anyone who has put their names on our Latest News mailing list, I am going to send out information about this Forum as soon as the software changes are incorporated. And, hopefully, we will have our Olympic Sportswear knitting patterns ready... Oh... and a surprise outfit that just looks sooooo cute!
